Exterior checks of pools, hot tubs, landscaping, ponds, gates, fences, garbage totes

 

Remove door hangers/papers/fliers, check mail and packages

 

Check for water leaks, structural damage and other concerns

 

Thermostat check, Smoke-CO2 detector checks

 

Check A/C, furnace, hot water tank

 

Check dishwasher, toilets, sinks, showers, exterior faucets, garbage disposal, freezer, fridges

 

Water plants

 

Check for insects and rodents

 

Start & run cars

 

Check electrical panel, lights, bulbs

 

Meet utility companies, contractors, vendors (cleaners, landscapers, pool, etc...)

- anything over an hour will be an additional $25 per hour.
